Hourly rates:

$34.50 All PC guru diagnostics run $34.50 (1/2 hr labor), with all services that can be repaired within one hour of labor ($59) automatically repaired. A $59 repair charge does include a $34.50 diagnostic fee. All repairs requiring parts or labor in excess of 2 hours are subject to customer approval.

$59: PC Guru's hourly rate for standard services.

$69: Priority in-shop labor is charged at an additional $20/hr for the next available bench space.

$69: On-site services and networking services are available for $69/hr, with a trip-charge of $30 being assessed for every call (first hour is therefore $99).

$99: On-site priority labor is available at $99/hour for the next available technician.

All PC Guru services are charged in 1 hour minimums (except for diagnostic), with additional hourly charges appearing in 1/2 hour increments.
